We publish original thought-leadership for senior leaders navigating digital transformation and AI. Our contributor program is designed for C-suite leaders, consultants, academics, and practitioners with hands-on transformation experience.

1. Who we publish

We publish original thought-leadership for senior leaders navigating digital transformation and AI.

You're a good fit if you are:
- C-suite / senior leader driving digital, data or AI change
- Practice lead or consultant with hands-on transformation experience
- Academic or researcher in leadership, organisational change, AI or digital strategy
- Product, technology or HR leader with credible case studies or frameworks
 

2. What we're looking for

Your article must deliver evidence-backed, practitioner-ready insight for leaders. We especially welcome:
- Deep dives on digital transformation, AI adoption and change leadership
- Original frameworks or models (e.g. maturity models, playbooks, decision trees)
- Case studies with honest lessons learned
- Research-backed perspectives
- Future-of-work, culture and leadership in an AI-enabled organisation

3. Editorial standards

To be accepted, every submission must meet:
- **Expertise** – Write from lived experience or rigorous research
- **Originality** – Say something new or bring a new lens
- **Evidence-backed insight** – Support claims with data and examples
- **Clarity and structure** – Use plain language and strong structure
- **Actionability** – Readers should know what to do differently on Monday

Typical length: 1,200–2,000 words
